Build the structure around customer tasks

Begin with the questions a visitor needs answered:

What does the business provide?
Is it suitable for my situation or location?
What does the process involve?
What evidence supports the claims?
What will it cost or how is price determined?
What should I do next?
Who is responsible for the business and how can I contact them?

Group related answers into pages. Do not create a separate page merely because a keyword tool produced a phrase, and do not force several unrelated services onto one page to keep the site small.
